These terms govern your access to and use of CitationGraph.
1. Use of the Service
You may use CitationGraph only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You are responsible for the sites, data sources, and integrations you connect to the service.
2. Account Responsibility
You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.
3. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your customer data, analytics events, and connected integration data.
You authorize CitationGraph to process that data solely to operate analytics, GEO, attribution, and reporting features.
4. Availability and Changes
We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Features that depend on third-party providers may change when those providers change their APIs, pricing, or policies.
5. Beta and Evaluation Access
Invite-only beta access is provided for evaluation and early customer feedback unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Beta and preview features may be rate-limited, changed, paused, or removed, and they are not offered with a service-level commitment.
Beta accounts may have data volume and retention limits that differ from paid plans.
CitationGraph may suspend or end beta access if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product reliability.
